Competitions and offers Terms & Conditions

Competitions run by The Chord Co and in association with other bodies, manufacturers, retailers etc, are open to anyone. You do not need to purchase any products to enter.

All postal entries must be sent by inland or international signed for or recorded delivery. We cannot guarantee entry into the prize draw if an entry is late or lost in the post, sent to the wrong email address or caught up in some sort of spam filter thing.

Only one entry per household. Third party entries will not be accepted.

No alternative prizes are available and the prizes are not transferable.

The winner may be asked to participate in non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw.

By entering the prize draws, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in promotional material.

The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Competitions are not open to people who are employees of The Chord Co Ltd and their associates.

Winners will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email within 28 days of the actual draw date.

Although emails are sent to all winners registered email addresses after the draw has taken place, it is still your responsibility to check if you have won as we cannot guarantee delivery of the winning notification email due to individual spam filter settings.

Entry into the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms & conditions.
